KENOSHA, WI – OccuCare, LLC., a leading nationwide workplace injury prevention company, today announced the appointment of Dr. Benjamin Feinzimer, DO, MS to Medical Director. Dr. Feinzimer will report to Carmelo Tenuta, Chief Executive Officer, in his new role effective immediately.
Dr. Feinzimer began his career as a firefighter and is the Medical Director for Kenosha County EMS. As part of his medical school training Dr. Feinzimer learned techniques in musculoskeletal assessment and manipulation. Dr. Feinzimer served as Vice Chairman for Emergency Medicine at Froedtert South and as Associate Director of Emergency Medicine at St Catherine’s Medical Center in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Dr. Feinzimer holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology where he conducted research on leadership behavior and its effect on employee retention. Dr. Feinzimer’s unique background made him well-suited to deliver cutting edge, specialized care to the workforce.
